Is my Internet Connection reliable enough to support ZTelco Virtual PBX?
Go to the Command Prompt from any computer on your network and type the following command:
ping phone.ztelco.com
The results will give you numbers for Minimum, Maximum, and Average Latency.
If the number for Average is 100ms or less, this indicates conditions are favorable for VoIP service.Â
If latency is greater than 100ms, then you may need to switch internet service providers before you can reliably use ZTelco Virtual PBX.
